Environmental sustainability is one of the main objectives that Ilipack aims to pursue in its design and production activities, in order to guarantee the preservation of natural resources in many ways, for the benefit of the Planet and the future generations that will inhabit it.
Self-production and exclusive use of green electricity
Ilipack is an energy-intensive company that exclusively uses electricity from renewable sources for its production processes.
It contributes to its electricity needs through self-production from photovoltaic systems, thus reducing the environmental impact of its processes and trying as much as possible to free itself from the use of non-renewable resources.
The non-self-produced green energy is guaranteed by the Ecodoc label -Energia Elettrica dalla Natura-(Energy from Nature), which certifies the supply of 100% green energy and confirms the company’s great commitment to the environment.

Low production waste
Thanks to the optimisation and ten-year in-house implementation of the Lean philosophy, we have a low creation of production waste and scrap.
Self-recovery of raw materials from production waste, separate waste collection in every department, constant training of workers also regarding the environmental aspects of raw materials, processes and end products, characterises and distinguishes Ilipack’s activity.
Ecodesign has enabled us to rationalise our waste by greatly favouring its recovery and recycling by specialised partners, significantly lowering our already very low production waste creation.
