The cornerstone on which this system is based is referred firstly to the used raw materials, strictly of top quality and selected after an accurate producer’s evaluation and an attentive choice of the materials to guarantee the highest food safety standards, the reliability and environmental sustainability, an added value of our company. The excellent operation of this system is assured by the actualization of the voluntary certification standard FSSC 22000, which is based on two cornerstones such as the product traceability and the analysis of each possible risk within the productive system, which could influence the food safety, followed by the writing of a detailed plan for the mitigation of that risk.
